1. Formerly, late Shri K.S. Acharya, learned counsel was representing the petitioner. After the sad demise of learned counsel Mr.K.S. Acharya, notice was issued and the same was served by affixing.

2. It is also noteworthy that in a cognate matter being Special Civil Application No.18031 of 2003, Mr.H. K. Acharya, learned counsel has filed appearance on behalf of late Shri K.S. Acharya.

3. In view of the above facts, no fresh notice is required.

4. Hence, both these matters may be listed for final hearing on 02.04.2012.
