1. Learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that in view of order passed by this Court in Civil Application No.69 of 2012 in Company Petition No.117 of 2011, present application does not survive and it has become infructuous.

Learned advocate for the applicant has also submitted that by present application, the applicant has prayed for review of order dated 12/10/2011 passed in Company Petition No.117 of 2011 read with order dated 12/10/2011 passed in Company Application No.462 of 2011. However, now present application is rendered infructuous in view of order dated 02/03/2012 passed in Civil Application No.69 of 2012 in Company Petition No.117 of 2011.
3. In view of above said submissions by learned advocate for the applicant, any question to review the order does not arise/survive. Even otherwise in the facts of the case any question to take up the order dated 12/10/2011 for review does not arise. Hence, present application stands disposed of accordingly as having become infructuous.
