By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that without there being any complaint or F.I.R. the police officers are harassing the petitioner, therefore, they be restrained.
It is to be noted that such a blanket order cannot be passed by this Court. If without any complaint or any F.I.R. the police personnel is harassing the petitioner, the petitioner may approach the higher authority, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, for redressal of his grievance.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
