Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Shyam Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent no. 1.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner claims that he was given a contract on 8.3.2009 for repairing and painting of a college building. He submits that he completed his work but entire amount has not been paid.
How he has arrived at the conclusion of the amount has not been given in the writ petition. That apart in 2018, for the works done in 2009 no writ can be issued. Apart from lacking merit, the writ petition has to be dismissed on the ground of laches too.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
