The prayer made in this petition is to command the respondents to take legal action against the influential people of Village Belhar Kala, Tehsil Mehdaval, District Sant Kabir Nagar.
Such an omnibus prayer as has been made in this petition is not acceptable.
The petition is dismissed.
Dismissal of the petition shall not prejudice the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition with specific prayer, if so advised.
