1. Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Govil, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Notice need not be issued to respondent nos.3 to 7 at this stage.
2. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding Court of Additional Commissioner Agra Division Agra to expeditiously decide the Revision Case No. 73 of 2015 (C-201501000073) Radharaman Vs Shankarlal & Others U/s 176 Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950, village Palson, Tehsil & district Mathura, pending in Court of Additional commissioner Agra Division Agra since 27.04.2015 within a stipulated period."
3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 176 of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 is pending before the Revisional Court being Revision No.73 of 2015 (C-201501000073), Radharaman Vs Shankarlal & Others, since 2015. The sole prayer is for expeditious disposal of the same.

As no useful purpose would be served in keeping this matter pending, without going into the merits of the case this writ petition is being decided at the admission stage itself without calling for any counter affidavit with the direction upon respondent no.2 to decide aforesaid case expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to all contesting respondents, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court.
5. With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of.
