JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, a stage carriage operator has submitted an application for variation of permit, which was considered by the first respondent as per Exhibit P1. As per Exhibit P1, the petitioner was directed to file a modified application and time schedule tallying with each other for the reasons stated in the proceedings. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is confining his request for variation to the extension only, without the curtailment. He has no objection to the application being rejected, if his proposal cannot be allowed as per law. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P2, in the light of the stand taken by the counsel for the petitioner, noticed above and to pass appropriate orders in the matter.
W.P.(C) No.15269 of 2014-G -:2:-
Orders shall be passed in the matter, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
