Petitioner, claiming to be the agreement holder in respect of stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL-18-6384, is before this Court seeking police protection.
2. According to petitioner, he purchased the said vehicle from the registered owner as per Ext.P1 agreement. He also claims to have settled the claims of the employees of earlier owner in terms of Ext.P1. But however, party respondents are creating nuisance and obstructing smooth running of the stage carriage. Therefore, he is before this Court seeking police protection, when police have not responded to his Ext.P2 petition.
3. Learned State Attorney submits, subsequent to issuance of Ext.P2 petition, party respondents were called along with W.P.(C) No.14744 of 2014 2 petitioner and they were suitably advised to approach Labour Officer for redressal of their claims, if any, against the petitioner and not to create any illegal obstruction.
Placing the above submission on record, this writ petition is disposed of.
