----------------------- The petitioner has approached this Court directing the 1st respondent to issue a Re-survey sketch in respect of 5.670 cents of property comprised in Old survey No.844 Part, Re.Sy.No.6/16 Part in Mulavukad Village, Kanayannoor Taluk, Ernakulam District and to survey the property covered under Patta No.1291 issued by the Tahsildar, Kanayannur Taluk. Ext.P6 is the application and all other relevant materials.
In view of Ext.P6, there shall be direction to the 1st respondent to take necessary steps and to issue appropriate sketch to the petitioner based on petitioner’s request. Needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
