1. We have heard Mr.Chetan K.Pandya, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, Mr.K.B.Pujara, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 and Ms.Jirga Zaveri, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent no.2.

2. Learned counsel for the parties agree that this Appeal has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
