Sri Shailendra Kumar Verma, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.4.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that victim is petitioner no.1 - and accused is petitioner no. 2, both are major and they have also solemnized marriage out of their own sweet and free will without any threat and coercion; they are living happily as husband and wife; copy of the marriage registration certificate is annexed at page 30 to the affidavit; as per the high school marksheet the date of birth of the girl is 10.07.2000.
Sri Shailendra Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may also be filed within four weeks thereafter.
List thereafter.
Until further orders of this Court, petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of the FIR registered as Case Crime No.0197 of 2018, u/s 363, 366, 506 IPC, police station Rampur Maniharan, District Saharanpur.
