Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 31.12.2019 registered as Case Crime No.0685 of 2019 under Sections 147, 323, 504, 354, 452 and 436 IPC, Police Station Bidhunu, District Kanpur Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the aforesaid case crime, final report has been submitted. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
