Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.
This instant writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the notice dated 15.1.2018 issued by respondent no.3, Authorized Officer, Punjab National Bank, under section 13(4) of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002( SERFAEST Act).
After argument learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per instruction, the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed.
