The defendant suffered an interim order of attachment in I.A.No.541/2017 in O.S.No.510/2015 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur. To raise the said attachment, the revision petitioner herein applied on 14.06.2017. The revision petitioner has expressed his readiness to offer security. In fact, he is ready to deposit the suit amount itself. He has a grievance that final orders have not been passed in I.A.No.541/2017 in O.S.No.510/2015.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, I direct the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur to pass final orders in I.A.No.541/2017 in O.S.No.510/2015 pending on his file on or before 14.12.2017.
3. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
