It appears that on account of some dispute in the office bearers of the Committee of Management of Bharauli Intermediate College, Bharauli, Ballia, an order of single operation was passed. Salary of petitioner for the period of March, April and May, 2013 was not credited to the account of petitioner. Attention of the Court has been invited to a letter of Finance and Account Officer issuing appropriate directions for release of petitioner's salary in that regard. Grievance is that despite repeated letters, the amount has not been credited to the account of petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of petitioner can be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to approach respondent no.2, in respect of his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. Petitioner shall be at liberty to annex all materials in support of his claim. The authority concerned shall pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, within a further period of two months, thereafter.
