Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party nos.1 to 3.

There are two fair price shops sanctioned in the village in question. The petitioner is a subsequent allottee by way of an arrangement in respect of one of the shops and is aggrieved against the arrangement to be made by the authorities in respect of the other shop which has also been suspended as is evident from Annexure No.3 filed alongwith the writ petition.

The relief prayed for by the petitioner in the circumstances of the case is misconceived, the writ petition being devoid of merit is hereby dismissed.
