The grievance of the petitioner is that the Restoration Application filed by the petitioner on 27.07.2018 for recalling of the orders dated 12.7.2018 and 13.7.2018 passed in Mutation Case No.170/360 (Computerized No.T- 201817140109033) was not being decided. A prayer has, therefore, been made for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid Restoration Application.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the Restoration Application filed by the petitioner on 27.07.2018 for recalling of the orders dated 12.7.2018 and 13.7.2018 passed in Mutation Case No.170/360 (Computerized No.T-201817140109033) be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
