The present revision has been filed to set aside the judgement and order dated 8.2.2006 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Maharajganj in Criminal Revision No. 37 of 1999 with an alternative prayer to stay the further proceedings of the above mentioned case.
This revision was filed in the year 2006 and the matter appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time.
In the fact and circumstances of the case this revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
