Compliance affidavit has been duly served upon learned counsel for the applicant, the same is taken on record.
In the compliance affidavit, it has come to be averred in paragraph 6 that the applicant has come to be reinstated vide order dated 18.09.2021 and now shall be paid the entire arrears due from 12.06.2021.
Since, now the order of writ Court has been complied with, as the applicant has come to be reinstated and learned counsel for the applicant admits that applicant has been reinstated, nothing remains to continue with this contempt application.
Contempt application is according consigned to record. Notices issued, if any, stand discharged.
However, it is clarified that in the event the payment is not made to the applicant of entire arrears w.e.f. 12.06.2021 within a month and onwards continuous salary is not paid, it will be open for the applicant to apply for recall of this order.
