Case :- WRIT - C No. - 20617 of 2018 Petitioner :- Smt. Rachna And Another Respondent :- State Of U P And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Bhriguram Ji,Ragvendra Singh Rathour Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Heard Sri Bhriguram Ji, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State.
There are several discrepancies in the age proof of the petitioner no.2. There were three documents in support of the age proof and all the three documents reflect different dates of birth. The affidavit discloses 30 years as the date of birth of the petitioner no.2, which is again contrary to the three documents in the writ petition. The writ petition cannot be entertained on account of aforesaid discrepancies and apparent fabrication of documents (which is concluded from the discrepancies in the dates of birth).
Faced with the aforesaid discrepancies Sri Bhriguram Ji, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not wish to press the writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
