Heard learned counsel for parties.
It is fairly conceded on behalf of the respondents that duties of Block Level Officer could not have been assigned to the petitioner who is a Head Mistress in a primary educational institution in light of the judgment rendered in Sunita Sharma Advocate High Court & Another Vs. State of U.P. & 3 Others [2015 (3) ALJ 1519]. The Court notes that the petitioner has been suspended solely on the ground of a failure to abide by the orders assigning such duties to her. Matter requires consideration.
Till further orders of the Court, the impugned order dated 11 November 2020 shall remain stayed.
Let all noticed respondents filed their replies within a period of four weeks. List thereafter before the appropriate Court.
The matter shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Court.
