Learned advocate representing both the parties submitted that the order dated 29.2.2012 is under challenge before the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) Nos.12632 - 12633 of 2012. In above view of the matter, the learned advocates representing both the parties requested that the civil application to be listed after the matter, which is at present pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court is finally disposed of. The request as prayed for is granted. The civil application to be listed as soon as the intimation by either of the parties is given regarding the final disposal of the matter, which is at present pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court.
