This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.S.K.Prabhakar Shetty, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1.
2. Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent Nos.2 to 5.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the order dated 10.01.2018 by which the tender process for procurement of security papers for printing of UG and PG marks cards was initiated by the University.
4. The writ petition is pending before this Court since 2018, in which no interim order has been passed. By now, the process initiated pursuant to the impugned order must have been completed. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, he shall be at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law.
5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
