The petitioner herein seeks for quashing of the first information report dated 06.04.2021 registered as Case Crime No.228 of 2021, under Section 376 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali City, District Bijnor.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he has committed offence under Section 376 IPC. The writ petition for quashing of the first information report cannot be maintained on the counter allegation made by the petitioner in the present petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
