When this petition was taken up for hearing, learned advocates appearing for both sides jointly submitted that stakes involved are not very high and further that, there is possibilities of settlement between the parties. They, therefore, requested that let the matter be referred for mediation. Accordingly, reference is made to the Mediation Center, Gujarat High Court, to explore the possibility of settlement for which, both sides shall remain present before the Mediator on 10.01.2013. Report shall be made to this Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 01.02.2013.
