This revision petition is filed questioning the order dated 12.08.2014 passed in I.A. No.218 of 2014 in R.C.A. No.6 of 2014 by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge at Visakhapatnam, wherein the learned Judge allowed the petition subject to condition that the petitioners have to deposit the arrears of rent till the date of order on or before 08.09.2014 and continue to deposit the monthly rent before the Court below on or before the 10th of every succeeding month by issuing notice to respondent/Landlord.
The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 14.11.2014 to the Registry stating that his clients instructed him to withdraw the revision petition and therefore to list the matter under the caption for withdrawal.
Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners while seeking permission from this Court to withdraw the revision petition submitted that the conditional order passed by the Court below could not be complied with and sought one more week time to comply with the same.
With a view to resolve the issue, without going into the merits of the case, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioners are granted one more week time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the conditional order passed by the Court below.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
