By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with the prayer to direct the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayagt, Nagar Panchayat Maghar, district Sant Kabir Nagar to decide the mutation application which is pending before it from 11.12.2017.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 that in case such an application is pending, the same be decided in accordance with law as far as possible within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
