JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is reported that respondents nos. 7, 9, 10 and 13 have expired. It is also reported that service of notice of rule upon respondent no. 1 is also not received back. Hence, stand over to 18/06/2012. In the meantime, applicants to take steps to bring the heirs of respondents nos. 7, 9, 10 and 13 on record failing which the present application shall be dismissed as having been abated so far as respondents nos. 7, 9, 10 and 13 are concerned.
