Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This petition alleges disobedience of an order dated 24 April 2018 pursuant to which orders of punishment were set aside and it was left open to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner afresh from the stage where the infraction occurred.
Bearing in mind that this order was rendered on 24 April 2018, the Court finds no ground for initiating proceedings in contempt. The petition is dismissed.
However it is left open to the applicant to approach again in case the matter is inordinately delayed.
