Despite the earlier order passed by this Court, no steps are taken to serve unserved respondent Nos.1/2 to 1/4 and 1/6. Hence, considering the earlier order dated 17/04/2012, the present Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution so far as respondent Nos.1/2 to 1/4 and 1/6 are concerned. Now, the matter is ready for final hearing. Registry is directed to notify the present second appeal for final hearing on 7th May,2012.
