The preliminary objection is taken in respect of the maintainability of the writ petition since it is pointed out that the petitioner was a civilian employee in the Armed Forces and his case would have to necessarily go before the appropriate Tribunal under the provisions of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropraite Tribunal.
