The petitioner is seeking for expeditious publication of revalued results as also the issuance of confidential mark list. 2. The learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that the last date of application for revaluation was on 25.10.2014; and 15 days is allowed for scrutiny of the papers. The papers would be sent for revaluation only after the last date for scrutiny and 60 days therefrom; the University undertakes to publish the results.
3. Considering the above facts, it will not be proper for this Court to direct an expeditious publication of results.
4. However, with respect to issuance of confidential mark list, it will be open for the petitioner to make an application before the University, and the University W.P.(C) No. 27965 of 2014 (U) 2 shall necessarily issue the same directly to the institution to which the marks are sought to be communicated.
The writ petition is disposed of.
