PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide employment to the petitioner on humanitarian and sympathetic grounds since all the required skills for offering employment are available and pass further orders.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner on humanitarian and sympathetic grounds since all the required skills for offering employment are available
2. Since, there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 14.02.2017 the matter was posted 'for dismissal' on 20.02.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
