(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Heard Mr.Navin Pahwa, learned counsel for the appellant and Ms.Reeta Chandarana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1-State.
Considering the fact that Appeal is admitted, both the parties are directed to maintain status quo till the final disposal of the Letters Patent Appeal No.699 of 2011.
In case if hearing of the Appeal is delayed, it is open for both the sides to pray for vacation / modification of the order dated 14th March, 2011 passed in Special Civil application No.17 of 2011.
Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
