1. Heard learned advocate for the applicant.
2. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief/direction:-
"6(A) fix the above referred Special Civil Application No.4471 of 2010 for final hearing at an early date."
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application and considering the submissions made by learned advocate for the applicant, and also taking into consideration the fact that old and senior writ petitions than present writ petition are already admitted and awaiting final hearing, the application stands disposed of with direction to the office that the writ petition being Special Civil Application No.4471 of 2010 be listed in the cause list of Final Hearing in due course, considering its seniority.
4. With the aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of.
