1. The applicants have taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:
"(A) Your Lordships be pleased to grant a final hearing dated for the hearing of Special Civil Application No.10496/2002 before 31.03.2011."
2. It is not in dispute that the applicants are in service.
3. The petition has been preferred in 2002 and petition came to be admitted on 23.07.2003. Other old/senior matters are pending in the cause-list for final hearing and if the request as prayed for is granted then it will amount to allowing out of turn hearing to the applicants who are in job and awaiting certain monetary benefits still the old/senior matters of employees who are out of employment are pending for final hearing. Under the circumstances, it does not appear appropriate at this stage to grant out of turn hearing by allowing the request made by the applicant. However, the office is directed to list the petition in the cause list of final hearing in due course and as per its seniority.
4. With the aforesaid clarifications and directions, the application is disposed of.
