JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:
(A) That this Hon'ble High Court may issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing and setting aside the order dated 12.04.2012 passed by the respondent no. 2 ;
(B) That this Hon'ble court may be pleased to set aside the order dated 12.04.2012 passed by the respondent no. 2 and be pleased to direct the respondents for the removal of stoppage of two increments to the petitioner.
(C )That this Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct the Gujarat Civil Services Tribunal to hear Application No.76 of 2012 expeditiously during the pendency of this petition.
(D) That this Hon'ble High Court may issue ad-interim ex-parte order in terms of prayer (A)(B) & (C ) above."
(E)xxx"
2. Heard learned advocates appearing for both the parties. Considering the fact that the Appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the Gujarat Civil Services Tribunal, I am of the view that interest of justice would be met by directing the Tribunal to expedite the hearing of the Appeal pending before it. The petitioner shall file an application before the Tribunal to expedite the hearing of the Appeal. If, such an application is filed, the Tribunal is directed to consider the same and decide the Appeal on day to day basis within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
3. With the above observation, the present petition stands disposed of.
