Anandjiwala with Mr.R.J. Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to convert the present Criminal Revision Application into Special Criminal Application.
Heard.
It appears that wrongly the present Criminal Revision Application is filed and therefore, permission as prayed for is granted. The office is directed to convert the present Criminal Revision Application into Special Criminal Application and place the same before the appropriate Court.
