The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief :-
"(A) Your Lordship may be pleased to allow this application and permit the petitioner to amend the cause title as 1. State of Gujarat, to be served through the Secretary, Road and Building Department, New Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar. Instead of 1. State of Gujarat, through Secretary, Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department, Block no.9, New Sachivalaya Gandhinagar."
2. Rule.
Heard learned counsel for both the sides. Mr. Shah, learned AGP, has submitted that the applicant - writ petitioner is working in Road & Building Department.
2.1 Having regard to the said facts, the opponent has no objection if the relief, as prayed for in the application, is granted.
3. The applicant is, therefore, allowed to amend the petition in terms of para-3(A) read with para-2 of the application.
The amendment shall be carried out on or before 19.4.2012.
With the aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
