JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Rule.
Mr.Chetan Pandya, learned counsel waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent No.3.
2. The applicant has filed this application for fixing the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.6645 of 1990 for final hearing and also prayed for tracing the main matter or alternatively for reconstruction of the papers of the original writ petition.
3. It transpires from the record that except the memo of petition, the other papers which were part of the original writ petition being Special Civil Application No.6645 of 1990, are not available on record of this Court.
4. Considering the above fact, the parties are at liberty to reconstruct the papers of the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.6645 of 1990 and provide the paper-book after due verification by the learned counsel of both the sides in the Registry.
5. As soon as the papers of the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.6645 of 1990 are reconstructed, the said petition may be listed for final hearing.
6. With the above observations, the application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
