ORDER This Court passed the following order on 27-11-2019.
“There is no representation for the petitioner in the morning as well as in the afternoon.
This Court granted three weeks time for compliance of the office objections on 10.07.2018, no steps were taken. Again on 05.03.2019, three weeks time was granted for compliance of office objections. But, the petitioner has not taken any steps for compliance of office objections till today.
Finally, a week’s time is granted to comply with the office objections. Failing which, list for dismissal on 05.12.2019.”
Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Even to this day, office objections are not complied with. Thus, the petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
