Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for State respondents.
It appears that salary for certain period starting with effect from November 2017 to December 2017 has not been released. The petitioner has made several representations. The last of them was made on 4.1.2018, a copy of which as been filed as Annexure-16 to the writ petition.
This writ petition is disposed of without entering into the merits of the counter affidavit, with the direction to the Chief Medical Superintendent, Employees State Insurance Maternity Hospital, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur- respondent no.4 herein, to look into the grievance and pass a reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
