Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondents 2, 3 and 4 to dispose of the review petition dated 03.06.2016 filed by the petitioner to remove the encroachment on the Government land in front of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.17/1A situated at Kalavakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District made by the respondents 10 to 13 within the stipulated time in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondents 2, 3 and 4 to dispose of the review petition dated 03.06.2016 filed by the petitioner to remove the encroachment on the Government land in front of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.17/1A situated at Kalavakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District made by the respondents 10 to 13 within a stipulated time.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that respondents 10 to 13 have encroached upon government land and in this regard even though the petitioner has given representation, no action has been taken by the respondent/authorities.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the ninth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2016 and do the needful for removal of the unauthorized construction and trespass, of course, after issuing a notice to respondents 10 to 13 at the earliest.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
