The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no such harassment was caused by the second respondent and in fact, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
