When the matter was called on 24.12.2014, in view of absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ on 31.12.2014 i.e., today. When the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court passed over the matter and when the matter is taken up in the post-lunch session, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
