ORDER This criminal revision petition is filed under Section 397(1) of Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the Court of XXIII
C.C.No.21186/2016 dated 01.02.2019 thereby acquitting the accused/respondent for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
2. The office has raised objection regarding maintainability of the criminal revision petition.
3. Against the impugned judgment and order of acquittal, the present revision petition does not lie. Hence, this criminal revision petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the criminal revision petition is dismissed as not maintainable, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy in accordance with law.
