4 Ramaniammal [ Respondents] Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners representation which was presented in person dated 20.06.2017 and the same representation was sent by the petitioners to second respondent dated 04.07.2017 with regard to the cancellation of patta bearing patta Nos.579 649 issued by the third respondent in favour of the fourth respondent.

The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the sale deed dated 13.10.2008 in accordance with law, before the competent Court. No costs.
