JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from in any manner commencing the non professional B.P.E.S. (Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports) Course for the academic year 2016-2017, without restructuring the course as instructed by the 3rd respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2016.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that since courses for the academic year 2016-2017 already commenced and almost completed, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infrucutuous.
3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infrucutuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
