… PETITIONER … RESPONDENT These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the impugned order passed by the learned III Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore in G & WC No.252/2014 dated 30.4.2016 (13.4.2016) vide Annex-H and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
Sri.K.B.Monesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. In these petitions, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 30.04.2016 passed by the Family Court.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid order has been modified by the Trial Court by order dated 21.09.2017 and the aforesaid order has been affirmed by this Court in W.P.No.4339/2018 and connected matters, by order dated 04.06.2018.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the suit was filed in the year 2014. Therefore, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to make an endeavour to consider the proceeding in the suit preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
