Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to send the recommendation letter dated 05.08.2012 by recommending the second respondent to register the petitioner's name as registered in the month of August, 2010 on seniority basis and in the event of receiving such recommendation letter from first respondent directing the second respondent to register the petitioner's name as registered in the month of August, 2010 on seniority basis as per the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2012.
For Petitioner : Mr.K.Sasikala For RR1 & 2 : Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai V.PARTHIBAN, J., dn ORDER It is represented that the petitioner is no more and therefore the issue raised in the present writ petition does not survives for consideration and therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests this Court that the writ petition may be closed.
2. In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands closed.
